Shipping
We use Evri for our shipping, and it should arrive within 4 working days. If your item hasn't arrived within this time, please contact us immediately.
Shipping is free if you live in or close to any of these Sussex towns: Hove, Shoreham, Worthing, Arundel, Horsham, Brighton, Lewes, Steyning, Pulborough, Storrington
Any other areas are covered by our Evri shipping and cost:
Small Board / Item : £6
Medium Board / Item : £8
Large Board / Item : £10
Returns
We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please return to us within 30 days of receipt in an unused condition. Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused. With the exception of faulty goods Robin wood Carpentry are not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of the goods.
